Logistics Range
The range reaches United States of America (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and APO, EPO, DPO address)

The time frame of an order delivery is divided:
US:

standard shipping: 11~14 Business days (Including order processing time 1-2 days),remote areas: 15-22 Business days.

Fast shipping(DHL):usually takes 3-7 Business days.

Note:It only refers to transportation time, not including shoes making times
Most products need an additional 1-2 Business days for production, complex styles need 5-18 Business days, depending on the difficulty of the production process. Normally, Orders will be made and shipped according to the order time. If you have a schedule, we strongly recommend that you order at least 20~30 days in advance, or contact us to confirm.

Before sending the package, you can contact customer service to modify the address.
Once the package is sent, the address cannot be modified.
The additional costs incurred by changing the address must be borne by the customer.

About track order：
1, After receiving the order,
Business days (Monday to Friday), we will try our best to process the order within 24 hours,
Non-Business days (except weekends：Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.), we will try our best to process the order on the postponed Monday，
2, As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a tracking number to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
