HOW TO MEASURE SHOE SIZE LENGTH: Place ruler on the ground, perpendicular to the wall, so the '0' is against the wall. In bare feet, step on the ruler, with the back of your heel against the wall. HOW TO MEASURE HEEL HEIGHT: We measure from a size 8-8.5 shoe and will vary slightly depending on the size you order. The heel is measured up the center back of the heel to where it meets the sole. All measurements are approximate and rounded down to the nearest quarter inch.

Q: What if my foot measurement is between two sizes?

Q: How should new boots fit?
A: New boots should feel snug but not painful. Your heel should have minimal slippage (about 1/4 inch) which will disappear as the sole breaks in and the boot molds to your foot. Your toes should not feel cramped or pressed against the front.

Q: My feet are wide. Do you offer wide widths?
A: Many of our western boots are built on a wider last to accommodate the natural shape of the foot. If you have wider feet, look for styles described as having a "wide toe box" or consider ordering a half size up for extra width.
